Body fields mirror the upstream txtypes.L2UpdateLeverageTxInfo Go
struct: MarketIndex int16, InitialMarginFraction uint16,
MarginMode uint8. initial_margin_fraction is in 1e-4 ticks
(500 = 5% initial margin = 20x leverage), capped at the venue’s
MarginFractionTick = 10_000. margin_mode is
crate::common::enums::LighterPositionMarginMode (Cross, Isolated).
Like CancelAllOrdersTxInfo, only skip_nonce is carried.
