Variants

Closed

The writer is shut down or the writer thread has exited.

HaltSignaled

The submit blocked longer than the configured halt threshold; the halt callback has been fired.

stalled_for: Duration

How long the submit blocked before signaling halt.

threshold: Duration

The configured threshold the stall exceeded.
