§base_url_http: Option<String>Base URL for the HTTP API.
base_url_ws: Option<String>Base URL for the WebSocket API.
http_timeout_secs: u64HTTP request timeout in seconds.
max_retries: u64Maximum number of retry attempts for failed HTTP requests.
retry_delay_initial_ms: u64Initial retry delay in milliseconds.
retry_delay_max_ms: u64Maximum retry delay in milliseconds.
network: DydxNetworkNetwork environment (mainnet or testnet).
proxy_url: Option<String>Optional proxy URL for HTTP and WebSocket transports.
