Free-form metadata keyed by SCREAMING_SNAKE_CASE field names.

The Betfair API defines this as Map<String, String>, but in practice values may be JSON numbers (e.g. AGE, CLOTH_NUMBER, STALL_DRAW). Keys and available fields vary by sport and market type.
