near/far values per runner. Fields are f64::NAN when absent.

§instrument_id: InstrumentIdThe instrument ID for this ticker.
last_traded_price: f64Last traded price.
traded_volume: f64Total traded volume.
starting_price_near: f64Starting price near (projected BSP from matched portion).
starting_price_far: f64Starting price far (projected BSP from unmatched portion).
ts_event: UnixNanosUNIX timestamp (nanoseconds) when the data event occurred.
ts_init: UnixNanosUNIX timestamp (nanoseconds) when the instance was initialized.
